What is the PDF Merger?

Job and admission portals usually allow a single upload, but your CV, degree, transcripts and CNIC are separate files. The PDF merger joins them into one PDF in the order you choose.

Everything happens inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our server, so contracts, CNIC scans, bank statements and personal photos stay on your device.

Add as many PDFs as you need, reorder them with the arrows, and download "merged.pdf". To add photos or scans, convert them first with JPG to PDF. To take pages out again, use the PDF Splitter.

How to use the PDF Merger

  1. Click Choose PDF files and select two or more PDFs.
  2. Use the arrows to set the order; remove any file with ×.
  3. Click Merge & download PDF.

Example

A CV (2 pages), degree (1 page) and transcript (3 pages) merge into one 6-page PDF for a university application.

Tips for job and admission uploads

  • Put documents in the order the form lists them.
  • Convert phone photos of documents with JPG to PDF first.
  • If the merged file is too large, compress the images before converting.
  • Name the file clearly, for example "Ali-Khan-Documents.pdf".

Why merge PDFs in your browser?

Many online PDF sites upload your files to their servers. Here the merging happens inside your browser, so your CNIC, degree and bank statements never leave your device. It also means there is no queue and no daily limit. After merging, you can split out pages again at any time with the PDF Splitter.

You may also need

People who use the PDF Merger often need these related tools too:

  • PDF to Word: Turn a text-based PDF into an editable Word (.docx) document. Paragraphs and page breaks are kept, and the file never leaves your device.
  • Word to PDF: Convert a Word .docx file into a clean A4 PDF with headings, lists, tables and images, without installing Microsoft Office.
