Some societies use slightly different dimensions; a 10 marla plot of 35 × 65 ft is actually 2,275 sq ft, a little over 2,250. Always check the allotment letter.
Covered area
With two storeys, covered area can be much larger than the plot area. A 5 marla house may have 1,800 to 2,200 sq ft covered, depending on setbacks and building rules.

1 sq ft = 0.0929 m². A 1,125 sq ft plot is about 104.5 m².

Divide the plot price by its square feet to compare plots of different sizes. Example: Rs 9,000,000 for 1,125 sq ft = Rs 8,000 per sq ft.
