What is the Image Resizer?
Forms, marketplaces and social networks often require images of a set size, such as 600 × 600 for a profile photo or 1200 × 628 for a link preview. The image resizer changes the dimensions exactly.
Everything happens inside your browser. Your files are never uploaded to our server, so contracts, CNIC scans, bank statements and personal photos stay on your device.
Type a width and the height adjusts automatically when Keep aspect ratio is ticked, or resize by percentage. To make the file smaller as well, use the Image Compressor; to change the shape, use the Image Cropper.
How to use the Image Resizer
- Choose an image.
- Select Pixels or Percentage.
- Enter the new width (and height) or a percentage.
- Choose the output format.
- Click Resize & download.
Example
A 4000 × 3000 photo resized to 1200 px wide becomes 1200 × 900 with the same proportions.

| Instagram story / WhatsApp status | 1080 × 1920 |
| Facebook cover | 851 × 315 |
| YouTube thumbnail | 1280 × 720 |

| Profile photo | 400 × 400 |
Resize vs crop vs compress
Resizing changes the width and height of the whole picture. Cropping cuts away the edges to change the framing or aspect ratio, which is what the Image Cropper does. Compressing keeps the same dimensions but makes the file smaller, which is what the Image Compressor does. For a job portal that asks for "600 × 600 px under 100 KB", resize first and then compress.
