kilograms = pounds × 0.453592
Or divide by 2.20462. Both give the same result.

Mental shortcut
Halve the pounds, then subtract 10% of that.
150 lb: half = 75, minus 10% (7.5) = 67.5 kg. The exact answer is 68.0 kg, so the shortcut is close enough for most purposes.
